Siding Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Siding Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing various types of exterior siding on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help enhance building durability, aesthetic appeal, and energy efficiency. Duties Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine siding specifications and installation procedures Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and framing to ensure proper siding attachment Use hand tools such as hammers, chisels, and caulking guns, as well as power tools including drills, saws, and nail guns for efficient installation Install various siding materials including vinyl, wood, stucco, metal panels, or fiber cement with precision and attention to detail Conduct heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials safely across construction sites Apply finishing techniques such as trim carpentry and caulking to ensure a seamless appearance Collaborate with team members on framing, roofing, masonry, or plumbing tasks as needed for integrated project completion Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on siding installation or related trades such as roofing or carpentry Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics to accurately interpret project plans Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and safety protocols on construction sites Ability to perform tasks requiring precision in trim carpentry, caulking, stucco application, or masonry work is a plus Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and material fabrication techniques Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when needed Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights Join us in delivering exceptional exterior solutions that stand the test of time!
