We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Lead Person to oversee daily production activities, support our team, and ensure operations run smoothly and safely.What We Offer:Competitive Pay: $23.00 to $25.00/hour (depending on experience).Great Schedule: 4-day work week (MondayThursday), giving you a consistent 3-day weekend.Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay programs.Career Growth: Forklift certification training provided on-site if you aren't already certified.Key Responsibilities:Supervision: Lead, motivate, and guide daily production staff to meet output goals while maintaining a positive work environment.Scheduling: Assist in coordinating daily and weekly team schedules to ensure proper line coverage.Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere strictly to food safety regulations, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company quality standards.Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and finished goods, assist with counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.Daily Operations: Utilize computer systems to track production data, log inventory, and manage basic team communications.Material Handling: Safely operate a forklift to move materials as needed (we will train and license you if necessary).Qualifications & Skills:Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or foreman role (experience in food manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred).Technical Skills: Solid computer skills for inventory tracking and daily reporting.Compliance Mindset: Strong understanding of or willingness to strictly enforce food safety and workplace safety compliance.Forklift Skills: Current forklift license is a plus, but not required we will provide training and certification for the right candidate.Languages: English fluency is required.
