We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, outcomes oriented, and capable and willing to develop solutions on their own and collaboratively as part of a team of highly skilled professionals.\n\nThe successful candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience with expertise in two or more of the following areas:\nProven abilities and prior success working in a fast-paced environment with expectations to own projects, serving as a client advisor to help provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations\nAssist in establishing or improving governance processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency\nPrior development of strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents and/or deliverables\nPrior experience in creating executive-level strategic communications and visuals\nPrior experiencing developing and executing a stakeholder engagement and communications plan to engender alignment and buy-in across a large, diverse set of stakeholders without direct lines of reporting/authority\nPrior experience in preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into high-level outputs\nPrior experience facilitating the implementation of program and the program management initiatives\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects in addition to time-sensitive ad-hoc requests\nExcellent skills in MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint and Excel)\nFamiliarity with data analysis and visualization approaches and tools\n\n** This role is 100% onsite **\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nAn ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret Federal or DoD security clearance\nBachelor's degree\nTWO (2) or more years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, organizational development, process improvement, workforce strategy, change management, communications, monitoring and evaluation, or human capital.\n\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nChange management, process improvement, or project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt)\nExperience supporting or managing project plans, governance structures, performance metrics, or program documentatio\nExperience developing new and re-designing existing processes to meet new and/or evolving business requirements\nKnowledge of project lifecycle phases, risk mitigation approaches, and schedule management best practices\nAbility to think strategically while delivering tactically, with a keen attention to detail\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\nDemonstrated curiosity and creative thinking, with the ability to explore new approaches, challenge assumptions, and identify innovative solutions to complex problems\nExperience performing data analysis and using findings to recommend and implement improvements\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute as a team member, understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members, and proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback\nExperience prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry and technical matters, and utilizing problem-solving skills to achieve desired outcomes\nThe annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00.
