Baker (Bread Experience Preferred)

Some overnight shifts required. ```Duties``` - Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards - Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner - Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed - Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Collaborate with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations ```Experience``` - Previous experience in food production or baking is preferred - Knowledge of pastry techniques and baking principles - Familiarity with kitchen equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines - Customer service skills for interacting with customers and taking special orders Skills: - Food production: Ability to produce high-quality baked goods in a timely manner - Pastry: Knowledge of pastry techniques including dough preparation, shaping, and decorating - Kitchen: Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking - Customer service: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Food industry: Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry - Culinary: Knowledge of culinary techniques and flavor combinations for creating unique baked goods - Packaging: Ability to package baked goods for display or delivery in an attractive manner - Knife skills: Proficiency in using knives for cutting, slicing, and shaping dough or ingredients - Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties, experience, or skills required for the position.
