Teen Educator

DescriptionTeen EducatorThis position reports to: Director of ProgramsThe Teen Educator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and completion of the assigned programs, reporting to the program staff any difficulties or successes, while remaining aligned with the work plans and strategies of the program and the goals of Delta Health Alliance.MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in education, social work or public administration/policyOne year of related experienceSuperior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently toward goals and timelineRESPONSIBILITIES:Execute program scope, goals and deliverables with assistance of program leadershipImplement and monitor timelinesRepresent the DHA in community activities and develop a positive working relationship with DHA partnersPrepares program data for reviews of programs by program staffUse reporting systems to capture program dataIdentify additional collaborative opportunities with DHA partnersManage volunteersOther duties as assigned
