To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts.Overview We are looking for a talented and collaborative ethics and compliance leader to serve as Senior Corporate Counsel leading our third-party anti-corruption efforts, reporting to our Senior Director of Global Ethics & Integrity. This role requires strong people management, strategic vision, and the ability to scale compliance programs in a complex, globally distributed organization. The position supports a hybrid schedule, working out of one of the listed locations three days a week.Responsibilities Design, manage and enhance anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies, programs, and controlsOversee and enhance third-party due diligence and life cycle managementProvide legal advisory and practical counsel to business stakeholders on third party risks under the FCPA, UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and local anti-corruption lawsOversee compliance audit program and audits of high-risk third partiesWork with channel business and operations teams to mitigate risks and assist with risk forecastingCollaborate with cross-functional legal, sales, and operations teams to design and adapt third-party programs in new global marketsPioneer AI-driven solutions to manage third-party risk and drive global operational efficiency with a focus on scalingServe as M&A interface for the function during acquisition and integration phasesImplement and oversee the company\'s AML programDevelop and lead trainings, policy rollouts, and compliance reviews globally on an as-needed basisLead and mentor a diverse team of compliance professionals, fostering a high-performance, inclusive cultureRequired Skills/Experience 8-10+ years experience, with experience advising on third-party corruption risks and program designStrong preference for in-house work experience; work in the tech sector a plusStrategic and operational vision for developing a world-class third-party ethics and compliance programDeep knowledge of and experience advising on the FCPA, UKBA, and other anti-corruption lawsExperience interacting with US or international government agencies, either as defense counsel or in enforcement actionsProven leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring compliance professionals with diverse backgroundsSkilled at building cross-functional collaboration and influencing diverse business partners around compliance risks and solutionsExperience advising on compliance tool development for a large enterprise; AI experience is a plusAnalytical mindset with attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProactive, self-starter with a can-do attitudeAbility to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFlexible approach and willingness to engage in real-time collaboration with partners in varying geographiesSome travel required (approximately 5%)Juris Doctor degree and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdictionAccommodations: If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or the recruiting process, please submit a request via the Accommodations Request Form.Posting Statement: Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer.
