General Summary of Position :The Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell invites applications for Adjunct Professors (standard teaching load 1-2 courses per semester). The successful candidates will be expected to begin work in Spring 2026, Summer 2026, and/or Fall 2026. We are looking for candidates who can assist in teaching BSBA, MSA, and MBA students in the following courses: Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Tax, Governmental and Non-Profit Accounting, Fraud/Forensics, and other similar classes. We are looking for candidates to teach both on campus and in our online programs.For a more detailed description of the courses, please visitMinimum Qualifications (Required) :Applicants must have earned an MBA or MS degree in a business-related discipline from an AACSB-accredited schoolRelevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., CPA, CIA, CMA, etc.)Minimum of 10 years of professional work experienceHave current or recent industrial, corporate, or new venture experience in the field(s) of instructional interestAdditional Considerations :College-level teaching experienceExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to speak and write English clearlyAbility to work effectively with students, faculty, and diverse populationsPreferred Qualifications :Experience using the Canvas course platform or similar learning management systemSpecial Instructions to Applicants :Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
