You will be working at a company whose mission is to build stronger and more diverse communities by strengthening their financial intuitions, while working with Fintechs who want to bring change and innovation to the financial world. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of skilled engineers working with JavaScript (Ember.js, Vue.js, Node.js), Python, and GoLang to deliver a high-quality, secure, and scalable banking platform. Additionally, you will oversee key aspects such as quality, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines. It requires a highly motivated and focused individual capable of leading and building high performing innovative teams.\nA Typical Day:\nMentor and coach engineers, fostering their growth through regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and career development planning.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.\nReview architecture and code, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and performance.\nDrive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming, to keep the team focused and efficient.\nMonitor system health and metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement in performance and reliability.\nChampion innovation, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement in both technology and process.\nContribute to hiring and onboarding, helping to build a diverse and high-performing team.\n\nBring Your Passion, Do What You Love.
