Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve any issues that arise in the production environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMonitor and maintain the availability, performance, and reliability of CnS test stations.\nRespond promptly to production issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.\nTroubleshoot and debug complex problems across various layers of the technology stack, including tester hardware, test software, and network infrastructure.\nConduct experiments, trials, and tests to validate new process change requests from both internal and external sources, ensuring their feasibility and effectiveness.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, engineers from customer, to investigate and resolve production issues.\nMonitor process performance through data analysis, statistical process control, and other tools to identify trends, deviations, or abnormalities, and take corrective actions are needed.\nMaintain and update technical documentation, including system configuration, software revision change, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.\nProvide off-hour technical support for critical production issues as needed.\nStay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to production support and operations.\nSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or a related field\nProven experience in a production support or operations role\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive process and production improvements.\nFamiliarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written. To be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS | WORK ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
