Work with middleware technologies and databases to prepare detailed technical specifications from which integration services will be written. Generally, works independently and leads the less experienced developers.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLead the process of implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post implementation support of solution/software development\nElicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the needs of project stakeholders including customers and end users\nAnalyze, review, and alter programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt new requirements\nLead the efforts of problem resolution of issues and defects discovered during testing, independently resolve the issues if needed\nGather business requirements and define detailed specifications\nLead the development and debugging of software using Java/J2EE\nDevelop software using web presentation technologies such as AJAX, JSON, JavaScript, CSS and HTMLS\nWork with Business Analysts to design and deploy database schemas and specify all attributes of database tables including primary keys, foreign keys, identities, constraints, default values, indexes, and triggers\nParticipate in business unit and strategic planning and implement initiatives\nProvide on call support for production systems\nExperience with database application development process using SQL and JDBC\nProcess documentation to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements\nLead the and mentor less experienced developers and assist them with issues and questions\nJob Qualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience\nRequired Experience:\n5+ years of experience as a Java Developer\nDemonstrated application of software development methodologies and modern best practices\nExpertise with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.), JSP/Servlet container frameworks, Apache, Tomcat, JSP, JSF, Hibernate, Microservices, Springboot, REST, SOAP, Web Services, Web Services Security, and Test-Driven Development with JUnit or equivalent tool\nProficiency with modern IDE and Git.\nExpertise developing web applications and user interfaces with Java technologies such as JDBC, JSP, JSF, and servlets\nAbility to multitask and be self-paced to accomplish goals\nAbility to lead and motivate others and teach technical skills\nStrong problem-solving skills and self-motivated\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nCompensation Range:\nThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
