We deliver finance teams the insights required to navigate any economic climate and drive greater financial intelligence, while increasing productivity, visibility, accuracy, and compliance.\r\nJob Description Simultaneously manage multiple projects with activities, deliverables, and interdependencies involving internal and external teams\r\nTrack project deliverables and schedules, with a strong focus on progress measurement, analysis, and reporting\r\nPlan and coordinate small to mid-sized projects through normal project phases such as discovery, design, development, deployment, and operations\r\nHelp drive the transitional components from acquisition integrations by closing out any pending requirements or follow up items for smoother operations\r\nPassion for working on a cross-functional team collaborating with various groups to understand business objectives and to deliver on team objectives\r\nManage vendor communication and follow up on vendor tasks to ensure effective project delivery\r\nMaintain project schedules, as applicable, to deliver projects on time\r\nCapture and elevate risk that surfaces on a project to help mitigate or avoid project disruptions\r\nProvide status reports, as appropriate to the size of engagement, to the Sr. Director of Business Systems or to a Steering Committee\r\nAccept ambiguity and constant change while seeking an understanding of business impacts for the project and the needed detail to deliver an effective project close\r\nLearn operational procedures of the Business Systems Team to ensure appropriate guidance while owning project deliverables\r\nDrive operational alignment and improvement initiatives for recently acquired companies\r\nLook for opportunities to improve operational throughput\r\nDemonstrate excellent leadership skills, motivate, and direct teams of indirect resources with minimal supervision\r\nQualifications Project Management Professional, PMP, is a plus\r\n3+ years project management experience with demonstrated results\r\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field\r\nClear understanding and working knowledge of Software implementations\r\nSelf-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, decision-making, research, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills\r\nWork independently with minimal direction\r\nProject management, system implementation, and system integration experience is a plus\r\nExcellent business systems support and team contributor\r\nAbility quickly adapt to changing needs/environments\r\nSalary & Compensation The salary range in United States of America for this position is 99,000.00 to 124,000.00 USD annual. Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus.
