This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT professional to develop their technical skills while contributing to the success of a growing firm.Job DescriptionAssist with the administration and support of Microsoft Azure environmentsSupport and maintain Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and organizational unitsAssist with Group Policy management and troubleshootingSupport Microsoft Exchange and email-related administrationTroubleshoot networking and connectivity issuesProvide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issuesAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access managementPerform routine system maintenance, updates, and monitoringDocument IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting processesCollaborate with IT Director on projects and infrastructure improvementsCandidates Must Possess The Following QualificationsAssociate's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field2-4 years of experience through internships, help desk roles, or related IT positionsFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, networking, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft ExchangePositive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skillsAbility to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics, and professional conductStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a team environmentWillingness to learn and grow within the IT fieldPreferred CertificationsCompTIA A+ CertificationCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)Travel RequirementsOccasional travel (approximately 10% or less) to DGPerry office locations as needed.Work Location:In-person at our Columbus, Ohio office.
