Gold studios is hiring stylist of all colors, sizes and background to create magical upscale services in our beautiful space. We are focused on education and teamwork in an independent space. Though it is not a requirement we are all sober and looking for like minds to fit our team. We ask that you be fluent in multiple hair types, or have an ambition to learn. Our salon is known for our expertise in straight, wavy, curly, coily hair. for this booth rent position. We are also welcoming barbers. WE ARE HIRING FOR BOOTH RENT ONLY. Responsibilities Welcome customers empty hair basin once a day clean station daily Must pay eco fee or extend service charge to client of $3 per service to remain carbon neutral Skills Work experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist or similar role Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques Knowledge of a wide range of services Familiarity with hair treatment products and services Up-to-date with industry trends Excellent communication skills Physical stamina to stand for long hours Flexibility to work in shifts Valid license from a cosmetology school Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $7.00 - $300.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Experience: Hair Stylists: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Cosmetology License (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
