They will be responsible for picking parts according to customer orders and placing them in designated work areas.\nResponsibilities\nPerform work in a traditional warehousing environment, picking parts according to customer orders.\nRead customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.\nInitiate and maintain ongoing open communication with customers, third-party vendors, and other internal departments to verify and escalate service orders.\nMove items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.\nAssist in counting and accurately tracking materials or items received or distributed, and help with the physical counting of inventory.\nMaintain inventory control and accurate records.\nEnsure accurate and timely shipments and receipts.\nRespond to and resolve inquiries.\nOrganize facility, warehouse, and/or work area for orderliness at all times (5S).\nWork a schedule deemed necessary to meet production goals and Key Performance Indicators, which may fluctuate based on business needs.\nUnload, depalletize, and transport server racks to designated locations.\nReceive, check, and book in deliveries.\nPerform picking and dispatching related activities.\nUnbox and re-box items.\nAssist with receipt and task queries.\nPerform 5S / housekeeping duties.\nEssential Skills\nExperience in material handling.\nProficiency in packing and general labor tasks.\nExperience with RF scanners.\nKnowledge of packaging and shipping processes.\nAbility to operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack.\nFamiliarity with picking and shipping/receiving operations.\nAdditional Skills & Qualifications\nAbility to work Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.\nWhy Work Here?\nJoin a dynamic team in a safety-focused, fast-paced environment where you can develop your skills in handling high-value server equipment within a climate-controlled facility.\nWork Environment\nWork in a large data center and warehouse environment with significant walking throughout the shift.
