The ideal candidate will work closely with systems engineering, product teams, and global partners to design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions for automotive service platforms, tools, and SDKs.This role involves system-level software development, embedded firmware integration, middleware development, and automotive platform engineering for next-generation vehicle technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with systems engineering, product, and global teams to design and implement scalable software solutions for automotive service platforms, tools, and SDKs. Develop, integrate, and maintain system-level software components using C++, embedded firmware, and Linux-based real-time automotive systems. Design and enhance middleware, IPC frameworks, and scheduling systems for hardware-agnostic and OTA-friendly vehicle services. Create and maintain detailed system design specifications, including state machines, sequence diagrams, and testable system requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and system-level issues in coordination with integration and quality engineering teams. Support software integration, validation, and deployment activities across distributed automotive platforms. Work within CI/CD environments and modern software production pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery and integration. Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience creating system-level and software-level requirements for complex products. Hands-on experience with MBSE methodologies and tools such as CATIA and StrictDoc. Experience designing system/software architectures using SysML and UML. Knowledge of safety-critical automotive software standards including ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR. Strong understanding of: Vehicle networking ADAS architecture Cockpit systems ECU architecture Distributed vehicle software validation Strong programming experience with: C C++ Python Golang Exposure to cloud and DevOps technologies: AWS / Azure / GCP Containerization CI/CD pipelines Experience with modern build systems and repositories such as: Bazel GitHub / GitLab Familiarity with software integration and production delivery pipelines. Preferred QualificationsExperience leading software projects or mentoring small engineering teams. Background in embedded systems within automotive, robotics, or related industries. Experience developing test strategies, validation plans, and verification methodologies.
