This role is centered on the sustainment, enhancement, and optimization of the DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, ensuring reliable application performance and supporting business process automation across the enterprise.\nThe ideal candidate has extensive experience designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise software applications, with demonstrated expertise in DocuSign CLM, API development, and application integration.\n\nWork Scope\nKey responsibilities include:\nSustain, maintain, and optimize the DAAS Agreements Lifecycle Management System (ALMS), with primary responsibility for the DocuSign CLM platform.\nAnalyze business requirements and formulate functional and technical specifications for application enhancements.\nDesign, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain enterprise software solutions.\nDevelop and implement application enhancements to improve functionality, performance, and usability.\nEvaluate existing software solutions and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.\nDevelop and maintain APIs and other data integration solutions to support reporting and enterprise data sharing.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.\nSupport software testing, deployments, upgrades, and release management activities.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, system design documents, and standard operating procedures.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, developers, system administrators, and project teams to deliver technical solutions.\nEnsure application security and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and organizational standards.\n\nQualifications & Skills\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum eight (8) years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience with DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).\nExperience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise software applications.\nExperience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.\nExperience developing or supporting APIs, web services, or other system integration technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.\nExperience in supporting production enterprise applications.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Federal Government or DoD enterprise systems.\nExperience with contract lifecycle management or business process automation platforms.\nExperience integrating DocuSign CLM with enterprise applications.\nFamiliarity with application performance tuning and optimization.\nExperience with Agile software development methodologies.\nKnowledge of enterprise reporting and data integration solutions.\nCertification & Educations Requirements\nCandidates must possess one of the following certifications:\nCompTIA Security+\nCCNA Security\nCySA+\nGICSP\nGSEC\nSSCP\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.\nAdditional relevant experience may be substituted for education where applicable.\nSecurity Clearance Requirements:\nSecret\nSalary:\n$115,000 - $125,000 plus full benefits, PTO, 401k+\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nCompTech is committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment in which we recognize and value each other's differences as well as fostering a culture that promotes its core values: Commitment, Innovation, and Customer Satisfaction.
