This role combines event strategy, event registration, content creation, and vendor oversight to ensure flawless delivery of high-impact experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and skilled at managing multiple complex workstreams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Event & Program Management\nContribute to and own sub workstreams across major events.\n\nEvent Strategy and planning - Identifying dates, venues, audience and the agenda for events with an emphasis on an executive, high-profile audience.\n\nEvent Registration and communications - Design communications plan, draft email communications, and coordinate execution of communications where required.\nEvent Content and Program Management - Coordinate logistics across content creation, including speaker and session owner assignments, reviews, and workback timelines.\nInformation Flow - Facilitate efficient communication and information flow among team members and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aware of critical updates and decisions related to the events.\n\n2.
