You are the visionary lead supported by an elite internal engine, including an in-house architect and drafting team, dedicated project coordinators, and expert field superintendents.The Role:Brand Ambassador: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for high-net-worth clients throughout the entire 12-18 month build cycle.The Architect's Partner: Collaborate with our in-house design team to develop custom floor plans for luxury barndominiums, high-end shouses, and sophisticated post-frame residences.The Closer: Leverage a proven record of outperforming goals to manage a complex, high-ticket sales pipeline.Technical Authority: Confidently explain the structural advantages and efficiency of post-frame construction to savvy buyers.What You Bring:Construction IQ: Deep residential construction knowledge is required.
