If you're ready to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering unforgettable dining experiences, we want to hear from you!\nWhat we offer to Part-time employees:\nProfessional, friendly, and supportive work environment where you are celebrated and valued as an integral part of our team and our success\n401(k) plan with company match\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nEmployee discounts\nPay rate:\n$21.30 plus tips\nResponsibilities:\nArrive at work on time and in proper uniform, prepared to execute exceptional shifts.\nExemplify AHG’s Mission and Core Values in every interaction, every shift.\nPerform the daily functions for serving position as required, serving and suggestively merchandising beverages, appetizers, entrees and desserts in an outgoing, friendly, and timely manner, restaurant set up, validating 100 percent recipe adherence, ensuring food quality standards per Health department requirements, restaurant closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned.\nPerforms additional daily duties including, but not limited to, answering the phone, bussing tables, cleaning workstations, rolling silverware, expediting orders, and running food.\nResponsible for accurate cash handling.\nFollows steps of service as listed in Server Training Manual.\nPerforms proper procedures for responsible alcohol service, knows legal drinking age and the proper procedures for requesting identification. Monitors Guests who are drinking alcohol, keeps the MOD informed of anyone who may be intoxicated or reaching the point of intoxication.\nMaintain energy and enthusiasm throughout shift.\nComplete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing side work.\nWorks with a sense of urgency. Monitors ticket times and works with Team Members to ensure food preparation activities are executed in a timely fashion.\nPossess an extensive knowledge of all food and beverage selections.\nKnow and utilize table numbers and seat positions.\nComplete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing side work.\nMaintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment at all times.\nNotify Manager of all guest complaints.\nRequirements:\nRequirements:\nAbility to communicate effectively in English with guests as well as all levels of employees in both verbal and written form in a professional manner.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to provide direction in a fast-paced environment; manage time effectively and work well in a team environment.\nMust possess excellent customer relations, sales, & communication skills.\nMust always possess during employment a valid Washington State Department of Health card and any other government required cards.\nA desire to learn, grow, and a passion for progress in this career.\nPossess the ability to work in a team environment.\nAbility to work calmly and effectively under pressure.\nKnow and utilize table numbers and seat positions.\nPhysical demands and work environment:\nWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk, and use hands to perform essential job functions.
