Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Forked River, Stafford Township, Toms River. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes, schools, or clinics, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include:\n\nProviding 1:1 ABA therapy to clients\n\nImplementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA\n\nCollecting and documenting data on client progress\n\nCollaborating with families and team members to ensure client success\n\nMaintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions\n\nRequirements\n\nMust have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred\n\nPrevious experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required\n\nAbility to pass a background check\n\nReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally\n\nCompany Culture\n\nAt Mastermind Behavior Services, we are committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters personal growth and professional development.
