Remote work or telecommuting arrangements outside of this jurisdiction are not permissible for this position.\nSalary range commensurate with experience and qualifications: $60,000-$100,000\nWhat You'll Do\nConsult with clients to assess IT needs and recommend practical, scalable solutions\nSupport solution scoping and technical design during client engagements\nPlan and coordinate infrastructure refresh and renewal cycles\nManage client relationships with professionalism, empathy and responsiveness\nExecute infrastructure projects and resolve day-to-day technical issues\nMaintain and support servers, networking equipment and end-user systems\nContinue developing your expertise through training and certification paths\nCollaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients\nWhat You'll Need\nMust-Haves\nKnowledge of Dell EMC server hardware\nUnderstanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365 technologies\nWorking knowledge of switching and routing concepts\nAdvanced knowledge of desktop operating systems\nExperience with antivirus or endpoint protection solutions\nWhat We'd Like You to Have\nCCNA, VMware or Microsoft certifications\nServer virtualization experience (VMware or Hyper-V)\nEnterprise storage experience (iSCSI preferred)\nDesktop virtualization (VDI) experience with VMware Horizon or Workspace ONE\nWi-Fi networking experience\nVoIP solution experience\nBusiness continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) experience\nMicrosoft licensing knowledge\nCloud infrastructure experience (AWS and/or Azure)\nWhy InterWorks\nInterWorks is a people-focused tech consultancy that empowers clients with customized, collaborative solutions, and we love pursuing innovation alongside people who inspire us.
