We are looking for qualified candidates for full time positions in our Fasteners department.\nPosition Description\nFastener Setup Operator\nBasic Scope/Purpose:\nThe setup operator will setup, operate and monitor essential flat die thread forming machines to produce a variety of fastener and other components in Aluminum, brass, steel and other alloys as required.\nPrincipal Accountabilities:\nLead setup activity in a high mix environment, planning and executing multiple setups per week across department forming machines.\nProduce fasteners and other products using a variety of department machines, making necessary adjustments to meet quality criteria\nSupport the team in Continuous improvement efforts to further improve and optimize our setup and production processes\nTroubleshoot feed system and forming equipment for any issues resulting in non-conforming products.
