You will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities for optimization. You'll apply data-driven methodologies to build solutions, support strategic initiatives, and guide decision-making through clear visualizations and analysis. Responsibilities: Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify key business challenges and optimization opportunities. Apply data-driven methodologies to develop impactful solutions, support strategic initiatives, and guide decision-making. Design and build dynamic, user-friendly data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences. Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth. Maintain data quality and integrity through robust validation and cleansing processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and Azure KQL; hands-on experience with Power BI. Proven experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills; ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
