This role is responsible for managing field leadership, driving operational performance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning and team development.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews across multiple active projectsDevelop and execute an operational plan that aligns with company growth objectivesManage labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors across your assigned territoryHold direct reports accountable to performance, quality, safety, and schedule expectationsEnsure projects are completed on time with clear communication to customers and stakeholdersMonitor job costs, operational expenses, and overall financial performanceReview estimates, budgets, and proposals prior to submission and assist with estimating as neededSource, manage, and evaluate subcontracted labor to ensure productivity and qualityPartner with leadership to maintain and improve safety programs and complianceDrive continuous improvement in field execution, efficiency, and team performanceSupport business development efforts by strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunitiesCollaborate with HR to enhance training, onboarding, and leadership development initiativesStep in to resolve complex project challenges involving owners, engineers, or contractors when requiredQualifications5+ years of experience in landscaping operations, construction management, or related fieldProven experience leading field teams across multiple projects or territoriesStrong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and job cost controlAbility to manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams effectivelyExperience working with production homebuilders or large-scale projects preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsSafety-focused mindset with experience enforcing and improving jobsite safety standardsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentReady to Lead and Build Something Bigger?Apply today and take ownership of an operation that's shaping communities, building strong teams, and growing fast across the Southeast.
