This is a high-trust safety position, not a generic post, designed for the Quiet Professional who can balance tactical readiness with calm mentorship, sound judgment, and restraint. Strong officers project confidence without fear, de-escalate conflict early, stay composed under pressure, and respond decisively when required. What Youll DoMaintain a professional presence and conduct proactive campus patrols Use calm verbal de-escalation to manage conflicts and disruptions Act as a capable first responder during emergencies Build professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries Write clear, factual incident reports and support operational excellence RequirementsMinimum five years of Armed Security experience Military, or law enforcement, or armed school security experience is required PA Act 235 Certification and PA Concealed Carry Permit Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and professional demeanor No disqualifying criminal history PreferredCPR/First Aid/AED To support Cardinal Points commitment to a drug-free workplace, employees may be subject to random drug testingCardinal Point Security Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
