This role involves managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to improve reach and conversion. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online marketing initiatives with overall business and sales goals, including lead generation and customer acquisition efforts. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, managing paid and organic campaigns, tracking campaign analytics, and preparing reports with actionable insights. The role also includes testing new tools, channels, and strategies to enhance EgoTECHworld’s online presence and brand awareness.Qualifications Strong skills in Online Marketing and Digital Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.Experience with Marketing strategy, brand positioning, and audience segmentation.Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.Background in Sales or lead-generation-focused initiatives, with an understanding of digital funnels and conversion tactics.Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, email marketing platforms).Ability to interpret data, create reports, and recommend improvements based on performance metrics.Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in the tech
