This position will primarily involve the labeling of pouches with batch information, filling of vape cartridges/syringes with cannabis oil, fill and seal cartridge pouches, case packaging, and management of product inventory.\n\nThis position may do one or all of the prior duties on any given day, and each step has its associated machinery to assist in the process. The Production Associate will work collaboratively in a small department of 2-6 people to achieve aggressive production throughput targets.\n\n*Essential Functions*:\n\n* Labeling of vape pouches with batch information, using a conveyor-driven applicator machine capable of labeling >150 pouches per minute.\n* Operating a machine that fills empty hardware with cannabis oil and presses on mouthpieces.\n* Placing vapes in mylar pouches, sealing the pouch with a heat-sealing conveyor, and placing the appropriate number of filled pouches into a case box (e.g., 25 packs, 100 packs).\n* Production of smaller quantity SKUs, to include syringes/dispensers, individually boxed vapes, and those with an integral battery.\n* Quality control on finished products.\n* Review and follow SOPs.\n* Maintain a clean workstation and warehouse.\n\n*Additional Functions:*\n\n* Communicate extensively with and perform any additional duties assigned by the Director of Production and Planning.\n* Use standard office equipment and software including word processing, spreadsheet applications, Slack, and electronic mail, to conduct business.\n* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.\n* Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve department and company goals and objectives.\n* Assist other departments with projects during any down-time hours.\n* Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor in the workplace.\n* Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision, and in high-pressure rapidly evolving situations.\n\n*Additional Requirements:*\n\n* Colorado driver’s license or State ID card.\n* Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.\n* Must pass all required background checks.\n* Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations, including but not limited to industry-specific regulations.\n* Must obtain and retain a state-issued MED a badge prior to employment.\n* Ability to receive forklift operation certification; operate heavy machinery.\n\n*Minimum Education and Experience*\n\n* High School diploma or GED preferred.\n* 0-2 years of experience in the cannabis industry preferred.\n* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.\n\n*Working Conditions:*\n\n* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.\n* PHYSICAL DEMANDS: May be required to stand, sit, crouch, reach, lift, drive and walk for extended periods of time.
