Shipping & Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary We are a fast-growing luxury skincare brand seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Order Fulfillment Specialist. This role is vital in ensuring every order is fulfilled accurately, packaged beautifully, and delivered with the elevated experience our clients expect. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare luxury packaging that reflects brand standards and presentation Print shipping labels and coordinate with shipping company Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization Inspect products for quality before shipment Process returns, exchanges, and restocking as needed Keep fulfillment area clean, organized, and efficient Qualifications Previous shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (order management systems, shipping software) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Appreciation for luxury products and customer experience Schedule Monday–Friday (with occasional weekends during peak seasons) Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunity for growth within a premium brand Supportive, team-oriented environment Work Location In-person —Agoura Hills, Ca Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Commute: Agoura Hills, CA 91301 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
