assembly processes and procedures• Ability to read and interpret detailed planning documents and manufacturing procedures• Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment, such as crimpers and soldering irons• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines• Strong communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualifications:• Previous Space Addendum Training Experience• Experience working with client or similar companies in the aerospace or defense industry• Familiarity with client's quality control procedures and guidelines• Certification in cable harness assembly or a related field• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and practicesWork Environment:• The work will be performed in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to various chemicals, materials, and equipment• The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long
