Dashboards & Analytics Developer Team Lead
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)Type: Full-TimePosition Overview:Emerging Tech is seeking a Dashboards & Analytics Developer Team Lead (Information Architect – Senior) to support task order analytics, performance tracking, and reporting across complex federal programs. This role leads dashboard development efforts, drives actionable insights, and ensures visibility into cost, schedule, and scope performance. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in analytics, data visualization, enterprise architecture, and team leadership within large-scale IT environments.Key Responsibilities:Support all activities related to task order analytics and performance monitoringDevelop, track, and support project management activities to monitor task order healthPartner with Quality and Performance teams to develop actionable metricsDesign, develop, and utilize tools to track and report approved metricsGather, analyze, and validate inputs for status reports, dashboards, and presentationsEnsure lessons learned from DoD, VA, industry, and academia are incorporated and documentedEngage with project teams to ensure metrics accurately reflect risks to cost, schedule, and scopeLead and manage day-to-day operations of the dashboard and analytics teamMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of professional work experienceExperience planning, designing, and overseeing deployment of complex enterprise-wide or large-scale information architectures, including hardware, software, operating systems, middleware, communications, and security componentsKnowledge of ensuring system compatibility and compliance with open systems architecture standardsExperience identifying interfaces between enterprise applications and legacy IT environmentsExperience supporting program/project planning and milestone developmentExperience supporting business case analysis and evaluating alternative solutions and business impactsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degreePreferred Qualifications:Experience implementing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemsPrior experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)Compensation:Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience
