Our work depends on a Human Performance Program Manager joining our team.\nGDIT is seeking a Human Performance Program Manager within our Military Health business to support the execution of large-scale, globally distributed military support programs focused on enhancing the readiness and resilience of the Warfighter. This role drives strategic initiatives that optimize physical, psychological, social, and cognitive performance across high-functioning teams.\nThe Human Performance Program Manager will support the recruitment, deployment, and sustainment of approximately 800 credentialed health professionals, many requiring security clearances, across 37 locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia, ensuring alignment with mission-critical objectives and federal government expectations.\nHOW THE HUMAN PERFORMANCE PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:\nSupports a large, globally distributed military support programs focused on enhancing the readiness and resilience of the Warfighter.\nServes as the PM, supervising large, globally distributed military support programs focused on enhancing Warfighter readiness and resilience.\nPromote a culture of resilience and readiness, ensuring all program activities support the holistic well-being and operational effectiveness of high-performance personnel and their families.\nManages task order performance and executes oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel in support of this Task Order; to include administrative components (i.e. scope, schedule, costs) as well as personnel management of the contracted workforce (i.e. staffing, training, professional development).\nProvides support to the customer contracting officer’s representative and contracting officer.\nProvides technical, administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order.\nProvides guidance and leadership throughout the contracting team, to include to less experienced contractor personnel.\nMaintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas required by the customer.\nSupports contracted workforce in the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) rotations and/or deployments.\nPerforms additional duties as required.\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:\nEDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Performance, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience supporting human performance programs, including CONUS and OCONUS operations.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification desired.\nCLEARANCE: Position requires a Secret Clearance or above, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret\nThis position requires travel up to 35% as needed.\nLOCATION: Camp Lejeune, NC\nThis is a contingent posting, expected to start in 2026.\nGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:\n401K with company match\nComprehensive health and wellness packages\nInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career\nProfessional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications\nCutting-edge technology you can learn from\nRest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays\n#MilitaryHealthJobs\nWork Requirements\nYears of Experience\n10 + years of related experience\nmay vary based on technical training, certification(s), or degree\nCertification\nTravel Required\nLess than 10%\nCitizenship\nU.S. Citizenship Required\nSalary and Benefit Information\nThe likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278.
