Role Description Director of Nursing- DON:This is a part-time with potential for full-time at (6) six month of hire, on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner at Equilibrium Ranch Retirement Home located in Cuba, MO. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality primary care, including assessments, diagnostics, treatment planning, and urgent care services for residents. Additionally, the practitioner will collaborate with staff and families, monitor resident health, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards to promote optimal wellness outcomes. This role requires effective communication with interdisciplinary teams and a dedication to improving the lives of senior residents. Qualifications Experience leading and getting results.Expertise in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner practices to deliver exceptional patient care.Proficiency in Primary Care and Medicine to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of conditions.Experience in Urgent Care to address immediate health concerns effectively.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with patients, families, and staff.Current and valid certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the required licensure for the state of Missouri.Experience working with elderly or geriatric populations is preferred.Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in healthcare.
