We provide paid ongoing training and tuition reimbursement for NATE and other industry certifications.Full Benefits Suite: Comprehensive benefits plus access to a 401(k).Stability: We maintain a heavy year-round workload so you can count on 40 hours plus OT, even in the "shoulder" seasons.What You'll Be Doing:Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of residential and light commercial HVAC/R systems.Installations: Lead the installation of high-efficiency systems, ensuring all work meets local codes and Bingo's high quality standards.Customer Excellence: Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain solutions, identify additional service needs, and provide a 5-star experience.Documentation: Accurately track service details, parts inventory, and job notes using our mobile platform.Mentorship: Assist in training junior apprentices to help maintain the high technical standard of our field crew.What We're Looking For:Experience: 2+ years of recent field experience in HVAC service or installation.Certifications: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Technical Savvy: Strong ability to read schematics, work with mobile apps, and troubleshoot complex system issues.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights on ladders, and navigate confined spaces like attics or crawl spaces.Travel: Occasional overnight travel may be required for larger-scale regional projects (typically less than 10% of the time).
