In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders, handling inbound calls and emails and delivering exceptional customer service.\nThe ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment while managing multiple systems and priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver prompt, professional customer support through inbound calls and emails.\nHandle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism.\nRespond to customer inquiries regarding:\nProduct availability\nOrder status\nPricing and billing\nShipping, delivery, and returns\nProcess customer orders, returns, exchanges, and adjustments accurately.\nResolve customer concerns while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).\nEscalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.\nCollaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.\nMaintain accurate documentation and customer records.\nUtilize CRM, ERP, and other business systems to process customer requests.\nStay current on company products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nEnsure compliance with quality standards and healthcare regulations.\nQualifications Required:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.\nStrong customer service and order processing experience.\nExperience using CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree.\nExperience supporting medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.\nFamiliarity with compliance-driven customer service operations.\nBilingual (English and Spanish preferred)\nAbout BEPC\nBEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries including technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.
