Office Assistant (Part-time)
Job Description Job Description Greensburg area company is in need of a part-time (24 hours/week) Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet visitors and provide general office support
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other clerical duties
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents as needed
Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and other bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day office organization
Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
2+ years of prior like office support experience preferred
Proficiency with MSOffice
Working knowledge of QuickBooks software
Strong phone communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced office environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
