Your leadership will ensure projects are executed on time and meet business and regulatory objectives. AccountabilitiesOverall responsibility for the success of projects and programs and their impact on business strategy. Creates and ensures effective communication across laboratory functions; motivates and energizes the team through leadership. Works closely with leadership to drive project and program direction. Leads cross-functional project planning supporting multi-generational projects. Partners with internal sponsors to deliver project results related to tools, processes, compliance, and development objectives. Solves complex problems leading strategic program execution and successful delivery. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in life, physical, or computer science; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years project management experience in lab operations or pathology projects focused on LIMS/LIS systems strongly preferred.
