Our Personal Lines department is currently seeking a Risk Management Scheduler.
The Risk Management Scheduler is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the Territory Advisor's schedule. The scheduler interacts with policyholders or their representatives, agents and Territory Advisors. Representing Cincinnati to customers and managing calendars to set appointments, the scheduler must have an above average ability to communicate and rapidly learn geographies.
The pay range for this position is $14.00-$24.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to
Efficiently manage/coordinate Territory Advisor's appointment schedule
Interact with Territory Advisors, agents, policyholders/representatives to schedule appointments and collect basic information appropriate for Risk Management
Schedule according to Territory Advisor preferences
Learn the details of commuting in the territory being served
Develop advanced skills using mapping and risk management software
Become proficient in the inspection management system (RCT) and policy system (Diamond) for documenting contacts, creating calendar appointments and gathering information
Professional discretion regarding high profile clients
