Spine Product Manager
Position Summary The Spine Product Manager is responsible for leading the growth and technical execution of the Arthrex Spine portfolio within the agency. This role combines strategic sales leadership with advanced clinical expertise, supporting spine surgeons through education, operating room consultation, and product adoption. The Spine Product Manager serves as the resident technical expert for spine-related products, including implants, biologics, and soft tissue solutions. This individual works with intensity, discipline, and strategic focus to achieve territory sales objectives aligned with the broader organizational vision. Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Territory PerformanceMeet and exceed assigned Spine sales quotas and objectivesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with agency and Arthrex initiativesIncrease adoption of Arthrex spine technologies within assigned accountsIdentify new business opportunities and expand surgeon utilizationCross-sell complementary products within the Arthrex portfolio Surgeon Engagement & Clinical SupportSchedule and conduct regular in-person meetings with spine surgeonsEducate surgeons on instrumentation, techniques, and clinical advantagesProvide technical consultation and case support in the operating roomIncrease surgeon exposure to new spinal techniques and technologiesMaintain advanced knowledge of spine anatomy, indications, and procedural workflows Account Development & Market StrategyCommunicate product updates, portfolio changes, and educational opportunitiesIdentify customer needs and develop strategic solutions through written, telephone, and in-person communicationImplement effective marketing strategies to position Arthrex competitivelyAddress and resolve account concerns promptly and professionallyGather competitive intelligence and monitor industry trends Leadership & Field DevelopmentProvide coaching, training, and mentoring to Sales Representatives and AssociatesTransfer product knowledge and best practices to elevate field competencyMaintain ongoing development in sales skills, clinical expertise, and business applicationsParticipate in sales meetings and professional association events as required Compliance & Professional StandardsUphold strict adherence to Company compliance policies and Code of ConductProtect confidential information and company assetsAdhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulationsMaintain required certifications for hospital access Qualifications EducationBachelor’s degree requiredExperienceMinimum of 3 years demonstrated sales success in the spine implant industry or relevant surgical team experienceDemonstrated ability to build relationships within the spine, orthopedic, and biologics marketsOperating room experience requiredComfort working in spine surgery and high-acuity environments Core CompetenciesStrong sales knowledge and competitive driveAdvanced clinical and anatomical understandingStrategic business acumenExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsEffective time management and organizational disciplineInitiative-driven with high accountabilityAttention to detailEmotional intelligence and professional presenceConfidence in complex surgical environmentsCommitment to compliance and ethical standards
