Human Resources Administrative Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR &Administrative Specialist to join our team and support both people operations and office administration within a dynamic apparel brand. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can balance employee support with operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably within fashion, retail, or manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesManage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and employee recordkeepingSupport benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor lawsPartner with leadership to implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance review processesAddress employee relations issues with discretion and professionalismProcess payroll for all employees Administration & OperationsManage day-to-day office operations, including vendor relations, supply management, and office servicesCoordinate company events, team meetings, and training sessionsOversee administrative processes across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency and accuracySupport leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management as neededMaintain company documentation, HRIS, and filing systems for compliance and organizationQualifications5-10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in apparel, retail, or consumer brandsStrong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirementsProficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and/or Google WorkspaceExcellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to interact effectively at all levelsDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrityPreferred AttributesExperience in fashion or creative industriesHands-on approach with the ability to manage both strategic and tactical responsibilitiesProactive problem-solver who can adapt to a fast-moving environmentPlease submit a resume to be considered.
