You will play a critical role in supporting refrigeration and controls systems that power food retail and commercial environments. In this role, you will provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of refrigeration and control systems.You'll collaborate closely with field technicians, engineers, and customers—helping diagnose issues, develop solutions, and improve system performance. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys guiding others through technical challenges and ensuring reliable system operation, this is the role for you!AS A SUPPORT CENTER TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams seeking technical assistance related to refrigeration and control systems.Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge base materials. Conduct training sessions and develop instructional resources to enhance the skills of technicians and clients. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 2 years of experience in BAS, BMS, or facility controls systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical or controls systems.Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, technicians, and engineers. PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Experience with food retail case controllers. Previous field or contractor installation experience.Proficiency in reading and troubleshooting electrical prints and communications systems.This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week.
