Account Executive
Position: Account Executive - Core LabCapital Equipment Sales Role responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in targeted accounts across specified territories.ResponsibilitiesDevelop customer prospects and maintain relationships with decision makers.Contact/visit existing and potential customers.Make a minimum of 10 to 15 in person sales calls per week in assigned territory.Perform overnight travel as needed.Build and maintain a network of colleagues, partners, and customers to share information and obtain prospects.Prepare and deliver value quantification presentations to potential customers.Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of Roche product line and related services.Sell company products or services, develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts.Identify and develop strategic account plans, sell the primary differentiation of Roche products, and negotiate to obtain sales.Generate demand and maximize product awareness by providing education and information to laboratory diagnostics customers.Implement strategic initiatives and plans to facilitate capital equipment sales process and productivity.Prepare proposals for assigned accounts and present contract proposals to maximize overall business and profitability.Conduct territory planning and routing for efficiency.Communicate competitive market information internally and remain actively involved in industry/customer organizations that impact business.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.3+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience (or participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered).Minimum of 3 years experience in the Diagnostics industry (5 years preferred).Minimum of 3 years experience selling capital equipment and laboratory equipment into Hospitals and Reference Laboratories (5 years preferred).Experience working in complex sales environments with demonstrated success over time.Successful negotiation, strategic planning and organizational skills.Ability to work independently with little day‑to‑day instruction.Compensation & BenefitsSalary range for this position based on the primary location of Florida is $84,100 - $156,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.Benefits details: https://roche.ehr.com/default.ashx?CLASSNAME=splashRelocation benefits are not offered for this position.LocationField‑based role covering the Florida Panhandle, Tallahassee, and Jacksonville areas.
