This role includes monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and ensuring your students safety throughout the school day. Nurses may also assist with G-tube or feeding tube care, diabetes management, and other specialized medical needs.You will work closely with school staff, families, and our clinical team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support each student's health and well-being.Qualifications :LPN License issued by NYSCurrent CPR/BLS CertificationPediatric or School Nursing experience RequiredAbility to work independently in a school settingCommunicate with families , school staff , and healthcare providersCompensation : LPN : $38/hourWeekly pay - direct depositOvertime opportunities available Responsibilities:Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.Administer medications and other personalized interventions.Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.Must be able to lift 50lbs.Must be able to stand/work for extended periodsAdditional responsibilities as required.Always Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
