This individual will ensure the continuous operations and availability of the company’s Data Centers. Responsibilities include providing basic to intermediate technical support to critical facility infrastructure systems within electrical, mechanical and life safety systems. It will also involve supporting projects for new construction and facility expansion.Key Responsibilities:Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Solve technical problems for all aspects of electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems within existing critical facilities.Support project management, engineering, and design support for new construction and facility expansions. Own projects of small to medium scope and complexity.Provide architectural framework for servers, hardware, peripherals, and connections.Perform reliability testing, plan emergency or disaster recovery procedures.Install, configure, troubleshoot and provide engineering solutions for server and non-desktop computer hardware, software, systems and other resources in data center or other centralized computer network setting.Monitor, track, and record system performance and utilization metrics.Develop effective presentations for internal department, large group of employees, clients, and/or management.Implement corporate standards and guidelines for critical infrastructure systems.
