This role is ideal for someone who values cleanliness, consistency, safety, and teamwork, and who takes pride in leading efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready environment. The supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure quality standards are met, and support a team in maintaining a safe and welcoming facility. The position is Monday-Friday from 2pm-10:30pm and rotating weekends when required. The pay rate for this position is $18.00-$20.00 per hour.Position Summary:The Janitorial Site Supervisor oversees all cleaning and sanitation operations within an automotive manufacturing plant. This role ensures the facility maintains strict cleanliness, safety, and production-support standards in a fast-paced, high-volume industrial environment.
