Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.Responsibilities Answer incoming phone callsProvide information about our DUI program Provide information about our Supervised Visitation Program Schedule Intake appointments Enter & Maintain DUI clients in Reliatrax Submitting & Completing Credentialing for CliniciansQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position Familiarity with standard office equipment Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability xaygatp to prioritize Experience with DUI Programs a plus Experience with Reliatrax a plus Experience with Medical Billing a plus Professional Conduct and Attire Required Monitor UAs ( Urine Analysis ) Check In Patients Collect Copayments Schedule Appointments for Clinicians Pull charts & Call Clients For Appointment Reminders Miscellaneous General Office Duties Must Pass Criminal Background Check
