This position provides daily supervision to Security Officers, ensuring compliance with Prosegur policies, client requirements, and safety standards. The Site Supervisor supports the Account Manager in maintaining operational effectiveness, quality assurance, and a secure environment for all personnel, equipment, and property on site.\nThis role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced construction setting.\nDuties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):\nSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of assigned Security Officers to ensure all post orders and procedures are followed.\nAssist the Account Manager with scheduling, shift coverage, and timekeeping to maintain continuous site coverage.\nConduct regular site inspections to ensure officers are properly uniformed, equipped, and performing duties as required.\nMonitor access control procedures, visitor logs, and vehicle entry in compliance with client security protocols.\nRespond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, providing leadership and direction during critical situations.\nPrepare, review, and submit incident reports, daily logs, and other documentation accurately and on time.\nSupport onboarding, training, and ongoing development of new security personnel.\nMaintain professional communication with the client, Account Manager, and site personnel to address issues promptly.\nPromote a safe work environment by identifying and reporting potential hazards or unsafe practices.\nEnsure adherence to company and client standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager or General Manager.\nQualifications and Requirements:\n2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in the security industry or related field (construction or industrial sites preferred).\nMust possess a current State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Unarmed Security License.\nMust hold a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff, management, and clients.\nKnowledge of access control, visitor management, and incident response protocols.\nBasic computer proficiency and report-writing skills.\nMust successfully complete a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check.\nAbility to stand or walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions typical of a construction environment.\nDemonstrated ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in both routine and emergency situations.\nCore Competencies:\nLeadership and accountability\nCommunication and teamwork\nClient service and professionalism\nDecision-making under pressure\nOrganization and attention to detail\nSafety awareness and integrity\nProsegur Security State of Texas License #C14763Job Code: #SCR123\n\nAt Prosegur, we make our world safer by taking care of people and businesses while remaining at the forefront of innovation.
