Your day‑to‑day work will involve collaborating with cross‑functional teams to build, integrate, and validate test systems and associated programs.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nDesign, configure, and build custom Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and develop Test Program Sets (TPS)\n\nConduct detailed circuit analysis of complex systems, including subsystems, LRUs, and SRUs, to determine test system requirements\n\nDefine hardware and software requirements for test systems, including ITAs, cables, and harnesses, leveraging COTS components where applicable\n\nSource and procure required components and materials\n\nCreate comprehensive technical documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, test procedures, mechanical drawings, and work orders\n\nParticipate in design and review milestones such as PDRs, CDRs, and acceptance testing with internal teams and customers\n\nPerform hands‑on work including test code development, integration, debugging, fault isolation, and diagnostics\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re seeking motivated, detail‑oriented engineers who are eager to learn and solve complex technical challenges.
