This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail expertise, work with diverse products, and contribute to a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.\nDuties\nGreet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, sales, and checkout processes to ensure a positive shopping experience.\nOperate RF scanners and other inventory control systems to accurately track stock levels, perform stock replenishment, and manage product placement.\nHandle materials safely using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and manual handling techniques to load, unload, and organize merchandise.\nMaintain store cleanliness by performing routine cleaning tasks, organizing shelves, and ensuring the store environment is safe and inviting.\nSupport shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading shipments, verifying shipment contents against purchase orders, and documenting inventory movements.\nAssist with merchandising efforts including product packaging, display setup, and ensuring retail store product knowledge is up-to-date for optimal customer assistance.\nCommunicate effectively with team members across departments using organizational skills to coordinate tasks like inventory management, stocking schedules, and maintenance needs.\nQualifications\nPrevious retail store experience or warehouse operations experience is highly preferred.\nProficiency in operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks; forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.\nStrong inventory management skills with familiarity in using RF scanners or similar technology.\nBilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.\nAbility to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices; manual handling skills are essential.\nExcellent communication skills combined with organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.\nBasic math skills for counting stock, processing transactions, and managing inventory records.\nJoin us if you’re passionate about providing outstanding customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your career in retail or warehouse operations!
