Behind every solution is a group of experts who care deeply about impact—whether we’re supporting data-driven decisions, modernizing systems or safeguarding critical programs.\r\nPosition supports TSA Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems program to deploy, set up, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and recover CUAS equipment in support of the Federal Air Marshall Service national security operations.\r\nPositions responsibilities include:Setting up, configuring, and operating fixed-site mobile and portable CUAS systems.\r\nOperating CUAS detection and authorized mitigation equipment under required Government direction or oversight.\r\nPerforming pre-deployment testing, system calibration, operational checks and readiness verification.\r\nInstalling and configuring Government approved CUAS hardware, software, firmware, networks and system integrations.\r\nMaintaining and troubleshooting CUAS hardware, software, firmware, networks and communications.\r\nDiagnosing technical faults and coordinating equipment repairs or vendor support.\r\nSupporting CUAS data portals, Team Awareness Kit (TAK) and other Government-approved integration and situational awareness tools.\r\nSupporting interoperability and integration among CUAS sensors, command and control systems, data portals, networks and approved external systems.\r\nMonitoring Equipment condition, performance, connectivity and operational status.\r\nSupporting multiple CUAS manufacturers, platforms, configurations and vendor neutral technologies.\r\nPreparing, contributing or documenting CUAS operations, maintenance actions, system status, technical reports, incident documentation and after-action reports.\r\nQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.\r\nMinimum of three (3) years of relevant CUAS technical or operational experience.\r\nPrevious military experience, civilian law enforcement experience, CUAS field service representative experience, CUAS contract support experience, or comparable technical experience supporting CUAS or related systems.\r\nCurrent Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.\r\nExperience with the deployment, setup, configuration, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and recovery of technical equipment and systems.\r\nExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, firmware, networking, communications, or other integrated technical systems.\r\nExperience documenting technical activities, maintenance actions, system status, incidents, or after-action activities.\r\nU.S. citizenship and a valid driver's license.\r\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, if required.\r\nAbility to travel up to 30% from the National Capital Region to deployment locations nationwide.\r\nAbility to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 70 pounds, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.\r\nAbility to work outdoors, stand for extended periods, and operate in varying weather and field conditions.\r\nAbility to occasionally support operations outside of normal business hours, as required.\r\nEEO Employer:RELI Groupis an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affi...\r\nHUBZone:We encourage all candidates who live in a HUBZone to apply.
