Human Resources Manager
Law firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their Los Angeles office.ResponsibilitiesLead employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actionsCoordinate and administer leave programs in partnership with Benefits and Payroll teamsSupport professional staff performance management and retention initiativesConduct exit interviews and post-onboarding follow-up discussionsCollaborate with Office Managers to maintain consistency across officesAssist with firmwide HR initiatives (compensation, DEI, talent management, policy development, organizational change)Draft, update, and maintain professional staff job descriptionsQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredAt least 5+ years of progressive HR experience in legal or corporate work environment requiredExperience with CA labor laws a mustHands-on experience managing leave programs (FMLA, medical, parental, short-term disability)Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
